What Is Mental Health?

Mental Health is the fourth and final module in the Gut Health Series. It explores the relationship between the gut microbiome and mental health, with a focus on how the microbiome may influence depression and anxiety.

Although much of the current evidence is still based mainly on animal studies, this module introduces the growing body of research linking the gut microbiome to mental wellbeing.
